The good: Siding is almost done
The bad: Front brick work won't pass inspection due to missing flashing, improper lintel size and other things. It will have to be redone completely. They are assigning a different mason to redo it all.
The ugly: Brick work is just ugly.
KEEP ON THEM AND MAKE THEM REDO ANYTHING THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! We had issues with our mason which we really didn't know until his work was completed. The sewer lines were not done properly and our excavator had to correct it. Be aware, Wayne Homes was not very good at reimbursement for the work that our excator did...not even sure if he ever got paid. The foundation is strong but cosemetically not nice.
