The footings are poured and looking good. Jen and Allison in the picture below give some scale to the whole thing. I am curious as to see how much concrete will be used on the walls.
Allison loves to throw rocks, she's in hog heaven.
Basement below, front porch footings to the left and garage at the far end.
The little square to the right will house the egress window.
Note the french drain all the way around the footing.
French drain empties out to a 100' cliff at the back of the property which feeds into a creek. They will pour gravel over the french drain pipes to let water move, kind of like a well.
Where are the French drains going to drain to?
